“Future Medecine will be the Medecine of frequencies “
what is Energy therapy?
We all know that nutrient dense food, pure water and clean air are vital for our health. It is also increasingly accepted and endorsed by new frontier science that negative emotions and thoughts can jeopardize our health, while positive hight frequency feelings like love and compassion, do the opposite. To learn more about this check out our heart coherence page.
Light is the fourth vital element but more on that on our infrared sauna and red-light therapy page.
The earth’s magnetic field and its corresponding PEMF’s, Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Fields ) is the 6th component of our health. These frequencies have two main components: The Schumann resonance and Geomagnetic frequencies. These frequencies are as essential for the human body as food and water. They drive the circadian rhythms, ATP ( energy ) production and help create the balance needed within the body to maintain optimal health and heal.
Today we no longer get enough of these nurturing energies of the earth because we do not spend enough time outdoors and because the magnetic field of the earth has been declining in the last 500 years.
So supplementing with energy medicine is a solution to this problem. Just like adding minerals and vitamins to our food is needed to compensate for the lack of nutrients in our food, grown on depleted soil.
Benefits of PEMF Therapy:
- Increase microcirculation and Circulatory, Lymph, Nerve and Energy Flow.
- Recharge, increase your energy and vitality
- Improve the depth and quality of your sleep
- Eliminate Pain & Inflammation naturally
- Feel younger, stronger and more flexible
- Help your body heal and regenerate, where needed
- Improve blood circulation
- Help the body become more alkaline, the environment required to allow healing
Most of us are aware that light is important for our health. The UV light from the sun boosts our vitamin D levels. A sunny day also makes us feel happy and energized.
Researchers have observed that we do not only get our energy from food but also from light, just like plants do. If you would like to learn more about this, we highly recommend the following book: “Luminous Life” by Jacob Israel Liberman.
Apart from UV light, there are other types of bioactive light, humans need and use to stay heathy.
Blue light manages the circadian rhythm in our brain and influences different neurotransmitters and hormones. We have all heard, that if we want to improve the quality of our sleep, we can help our brains by eliminating blue light, a few hours before we go to bed (yes, stay away from those screens!)
Far-infrared, included in sunlight, heats up the cells in our body. More about that on our infrared sauna page …
Red light and near-infrared (NIR) light stimulate and charge the mitochondria in our cells with the fuel our muscles need to move, ATP.
Benefits of RED & NIR LIGHT:
Typically, the following benefits have been observed:
- healthier and younger looking skin
- reduced pain and inflammation
- increased strength and muscle mass
- optimized brain function, mood, and hormonal health
- feeling less tired and have more energy

What do you feel when you are on a PEMF mat?
People Typically Feel Warmth, or tingling while laying on the mat and a deep sense of relaxation. Most people also report, they have more energy and better mental clarity in the day,
along with better sleep at night.
By increasing cellular energy PEMF therapy helps your muscles to work longer, harder and recover faster. So for healthy and athletic people it increases athletic performance and speeds up recovery!
Many people who are in pain, feel a powerful sense of pain relief. And because PEMF helps to regenerate, there is not only pain relief but also permanent healing of the cause of the pain.
You should not USE PEMF IF:
- you have electronic implants
- you are pregnant
- are younger then 2 weeks old
You should not use RED LIGHT
- if you are being treated for skin cancer
